Since “One Belt And One Road” proposed in 2013, China has successively carried out in-depth cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road in the mining industry to achieve cross-national, high-level and deep-seated mining cooperation. Relying on more than 20 years of mineral processing EPC service experience, Xinhai accurately grasped international market growing trend and demand, depended on its strong ore beneficiation technology and service, energetically expanded the overseas market and set up multiple offices successively, then entered into the Middle East mining equipment and service market quickly.
Xinhai Iran Arasbaran gold mine project adopted "stage grinding - one-stage gravity concentration - stage flotation separation” process, the daily capacity was 350 tons, and 5000 tons high grade gold concentrates can be produced every year. It was put on operation on August 2017, and annual output value can reach 70 million RMB. Recently, another good news arrived at the project, the daily processing capacity exceeded the design scale, and was expected to continue to increase, so the annual output value can be increased at least 10 million RMB.
In August 2016, Xinhai signed contract with Iran Zarkavan Arasbaran Company. Xinhai undertook a series of mineral processing EPC service, including mine design, equipment manufacturing, installation & commissioning, designed capacity reached, plant layout, equipment configuration, and auxiliary facilities.
In March 2016, Iranian customers visited Xinhai headquarters in person and communicated with Xinhai technical support personnel in details. Then, Xinhai technical experts estimated various aspects of the plant, such as plant scale, equipment needed, construction period, investment estimation, economic benefits, which helped our customers to understand the whole plant construction.
In May 2016, customers commissioned Xinhai mineral dressing research institute to carry out mineral beneficiation test. In July, Xinhai mineral dressing research institute concluded that the metallic minerals contained native gold, pyrite, limonite and cerusite, and non-metallic minerals mainly included quartz, calcite, etc. In order to simplif the process, reduce equipment investment and avoid environmental pollution, Xinhai recommended "stage grinding - one-stage gravity concentration - stage flotation separation” process to obtain gold concentrate.
In order to provide customers with mineral processing EPC solution timely and effectively, Xinhai repeatedly arranged technology experts to the project site for field trips that included ore resources, surrounding terrain, water source and power supply. Besides, Xinhai technology experts also helped customers to collect and integrate resources information, then combining with the ore dressing process, equipment selection and construction drawing that mineral dressing research institute suggested, Xinhai proposed the professional comprehensive planning in site selection, design, construction, etc.

Equipment manufacturing is synchronized with mine design. According to the requirements of relevant equipment selections, Xinhai equipment factory manufactured and purchased various equipment, which not only greatly reduced the construction period, but also saved the cost.
Xinhai designed backwater pipelines in the plant: desliming hopper overflow, press filter filtrate and ground flushing water would return to the high-position backwater pond for recycling after their settlement.
Xinhai arranged dust-proof enclosed hood at each blanking spot, which reduced the spread of dust in the air.
It is controlled by computer completely, which ensuring the accuracy of reagent addition.
After completing equipment manufacturing and procurement, Xinhai delivered all equipment to the project site safely through the perfect packaging and shipping management system.
ⅠXinhai delegated experienced packaging & shipping team to take charge of this process;
ⅡAccording to equipment size, shape, weight, moisture and hoisting conditions of this project, as well as requirements of handling, disassembly and transport, site installation, Xinhai packaging & shipping team firstly adopted computer simulation then assorted packing, which greatly improved the packing efficiency;
ⅢXinhai used multi packaging ways, such as waterproof winding, stretch film, tray, wooden box to avoid collision, wear, corrosion and other possible damages during the transportation;
ⅣXinhai staff determined the container of every working area according to the general layout, and defined the accurate unloading position, which not only avoided the inconvenience caused by secondary handling and hoisting, but also improved the installation efficiency.
ⅤNumbering and instruction management system also apply to this process, which ensured complete equipment and spare parts and reduced installation difficulty.
Installation & commission is the key link for the whole plant to realize mineral processing experiment, mine design and equipment manufacturing. Installation & commission personnels were from the first line of mine production, went through hundreds of plants, and participated and managed equipment installation and commission entirely, which not only solved routine problems in the process of civil engineering and installation, but also adjusted the construction plan while operating. The whole team finished all installation and commission work just with one month, and passed trial run and acceptance at once.
Xinhai Iran Arasbaran 300tpd gold flotation project passed process debugging indicators on the first try, one-time check and accept percent of pass achieved 100%, and gold recovery rate was up to 87%, which were highly praised by Iran's customers. Then, Xinhai returned for a visit to provide customers with reliable after-sales technical support, and guarantee standard recovery rate, stable equipment operation.
Since its launch in August 2017, this project created “four first” of Iran mining industry:
First gold plant that put into operation within a year;
Only one gold plant adopted cyanide-free and environmental separation process;
First mining company that controlled by Chinese in Iran;
Complete set of equipment was manufactured by Chinese enterprise, no tariff barriers.
Xinhai Iran Arasbaran 300tpd gold flotation project just spent only one year time from official start to launch, which was really a big breakthrough for Xinhai, and created an Iran record in nonferrous metal mines construction. It was called "China speed" on the “One Belt And One Road”. Its launch not only marked xinhai’s mineral processing power got comprehensive promotion in the Middle East mining market, but also meant that Xinhai stepped solid one pace on the road of “go to sea”. At present, in order to further develop Iran and the Middle East's business, Xinhai vigorously expandes Tehran office, negotiates with multiple mining companies in the Middle East by relying on "One Belt And One Road" international business platform, and has reached cooperation intentions. In the future, Xinhai will go farther and farther in the Middle East.
