The Haicheng talc ore is located in Liaoning haicheng, was founded in 1949. It has become a large talc ore with 150000 tons of talc annual output, 160000 tons talcum powder processing capacity. Through the dressing analysis report and the on-the-spot investigation, Xinhai decided raymond mill as the main grinding equipment finally.
Suit to process the material whose Mohs hardness < 9.3 and humidity < 6%. Raymond mill is suitable for processing inflammable and explosive mineral materials whose Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as talc, barite, limestone, etc. The talc ore is white, grey, pink, egg green, the structure is lump, flake and coarse grained disseminated structure, the main mineral ore is talc (about 55%) and associated with minerals, such as magnesite (42%), quartz (1.5%), the gangue mineral are pyrite (0.5%) and a small amount of apatite, graphite, which is suit to adopt raymond mill.
Strong completeness, form a production system, large productivity. The annual output of this talc pant is 150000t, the processing capacity of talcum powder is 160000t, the capacity is larger; Raymond mill has strong completeness, can form a production system independently, its production capacity is up to 22 T/H, the greater productivity improved the separation efficiency;
Stereochemical structure, covers small area, greatly reduce the cost. Because of connecting crushing, drying, grinding, classifying and transmission together with simple system and compact layout, it covers about 50% of the area of the ball mill system and can be outdoor arrangement, which can reduce the investment cost a lot.
High-quality impeller device and centrifugal induced draught fan improve the finished product precision. Impeller devices with high density and high precision increase more than 50% of finished product yield under the same power. Efficient and energy-saving centrifugal induced draft fans improve the efficiency of induced draft fans greatly. Convenient impeller adjusting devices improve the precision of the finished product. It not only improves the production capacity, but also reduces the investment cost, the customer is very satisfied with the result.
Finally, the plant mainly produces 200, 325 meshes talcum powder, the capacity is 325 mesh 3.2~ 3.8 t/h, 200 mesh 4.4 ~ 4.8 t/h; the grinding feed size is less than 40mm; the raw ore grade (SiO2 content) : first level 57%, second level 53%, third level 35%; the energy consumption is 29 ~ 31 kw·h/t raw ores.
