Mineral Processing Test

The iron content of an iron ore in Laizhou was relatively lower, which was around 15%, and there was 10% of magnetic iron. The particle size of disseminated magnetic iron was uneven. Based on the ore characteristics, Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. adopted process of “dry magnetic separation tailings discarding in advance– stage grinding & stage separation”. By applying this process, the ore amount for grinding was effectively decreased, and the iron recovery rate was improved while the concentrate grade ensured.
