In March 2026, Xinhai engineers arrived at the Kitumba site to begin equipment installation for the 3.5 million tons per annum copper flotation project, marking a milestone in large-scale mineral processing.
This project features cutting-edge technology, including:
- 7 units of KYFⅡ-130 flotation cells – Xinhai’s newly developed large-scale cell, applied in a major copper project for the first time.
- Large-scale agitators (φ6500 × 6500) – Requiring high standards in manufacturing and installation.
This project stands as a testament to Xinhai’s capability in large-scale equipment manufacturing, concentrator project delivery, and complex on-site coordination.

The Power of Partnership Repeat Orders from Zambia
In January 2026, our team began installing a 250 t/d gold heap leaching plant for a long-term partner in Zambia. Following the successful operation of previous projects, this client has entrusted us with not only this heap leach project but also a 1000 t/d gold CIL plant.
