He has served as Chief Designer for major projects including the Caolou Iron Mine, Fanshan Phosphate Mine, Hedong Gold Mine, Biliya Mining Project, and the Caijiaying Zinc-Gold Mine. Combining sound engineering judgment with extensive project experience, he develops practical mine designs that enhance operational safety, production efficiency, and long-term project sustainability.

His project portfolio includes serving as Chief Process Designer for the Linglong Gold Mine expansion, the Xiangkuang Copper-Sulfur Polymetallic Project, and the 2 Mtpa lithium processing plant in Zimbabwe. His expertise spans process design, equipment selection, technical coordination, and project execution, enabling the successful delivery of efficient and reliable mineral processing plants.

Her research has also contributed to the development and optimization of mineral processing technologies and equipment, resulting in several national invention patents and utility model patents. She has published multiple technical papers in leading academic journals, demonstrating her commitment to practical innovation and continuous advancement in mineral processing research.

In addition to engineering design, she has participated in the technical review of nearly 100 engineering proposals, providing valuable expertise in process optimization and engineering feasibility evaluation. Her broad project experience enables her to develop practical and reliable processing solutions tailored to different ore characteristics and operational requirements.

He has led the development of large-scale automation systems for mineral processing plants, overseeing the engineering of 32 integrated plant control systems together with dozens of industrial automation projects. From system design and software development to commissioning and project execution, his work has helped mining operations improve process stability, operational efficiency, and production reliability.

She has directed more than 600 beneficiation testing programs covering over 70 mineral types, including precious metals, base metals, industrial minerals, rare earths, graphite, lithium, tantalum-niobium, and zircon. Her work has contributed to advancements in refractory gold recovery, graphite purification, and flotation reagent development. In addition, she is the inventor of several patented technologies and the author of multiple technical publications in the field of mineral processing.

Since joining Xinhai Mining, he has focused on the research and application of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials for mineral processing equipment. His work on natural rubber wear-resistant technologies has achieved internationally recognized performance, resulting in multiple patents and published technical papers. His technical expertise has contributed to improving equipment reliability and extending service life in demanding processing environments.

In addition to process design, she has served as Project Manager on multiple engineering projects, overseeing equipment selection, process optimization, techno-economic evaluation, operating cost estimation, and feasibility analysis.
