3D Exhibition Room designed by Xinhai 3D technical specialists Launched on January 2016. Xinhai, since its establishment in 1997, has always been walking in the head of domestic mining processing industry. In the Internet Age, Xinhai follow the trend of development and introduces 3D technology. 3D Project Video is an important part in Xinhai 3D application. From crushing to concentration produced, the video restore whole sense of the plant and its production process.
Tibet Lead zinc Beatification Plant is one of our successful cases. The design scale is 600,000 tons per year, 2400 T/D. This project has been constructed in two stages. First-stage project design scale is 300,000 tons per year, 1200 T/D. Second-stage project is just the same. This project adopts the method of flotation. The production is lead antimony concentrates and zinc concentrate. The index is 2%.
Molybdenum Ore Plant in Fushan, Shandong Province is one of our successful cases. The process of the plant was once roughing, twice scavenging, four times cleaning, and molybdenum ore grade was 0.38%. In recent years, due to the mining depth increasing, ore properties had changed, so the flotation index became poor leading to more molybdenum metal loss. After field investigation and analysis, Xinhai determined the process according to multi tests: crude one stage grinding, once roughing, once rough cleaning, once rough cleaning concentrate regrinding, three times scavenging, seven times cleaning after regrinding, to achieve a better index.
Ilmenite Beneficiation Plant in Ecuador, a republic in northwestern South America, is one of our successful cases. This is 3D demo Video of the dressing plant created by our company. There are magnetite and ilmenite in raw ore. By using the method of low intensity-strong magnetic separation, we can separate them efficiently. Magnetite concentrate will be separated by applying low intensity magnetic separation, while ilmenite concentrate will be separated by applying strong intensity magnetic separation.
