Crushing and Screening Stage: Two stage and one closed circuit crushing and screening process was adopted. The raw ore was stored in the raw ore yard and was loaded with forklift. A chute feeder was installed in the bottom of raw ore bin. In coarse crushing, jaw crusher was adopted.After crushing, the materials were transported to auto-centering vibrating screen by 1# belt conveyor for screening, and then the on-screen material was transported by 2# belt conveyor to laminated crusher for fine crushing. The finely crushed product and coarse product were returned to vibrating screen together to form a closed circuit crushing. The material under the screen was the qualified material in crushing stage and directly entered the ore powder bin.
Grinding and separation Stage: One stage closed circuit grinding + gravity separation + one roughing, two scavenging and two fine flotation process were adopted. Pendulum feeder was installed at the bottom of ore powder bin, and the raw ore was transported by 3# belt conveyor to cylinder ball mill for first grinding. The ball mill discharged the operated ore into jig machine for gravity separation and then the concentrate gold was delivered to shaking table (original equipment) to product granular gold. The tailings of gravity separation flowed into high weir single spiral classifier for classification, and the bottom flow was returned to ball mill for second grinding, forming a closed circuit grinding process.
The overflow from classification flowed tohigh-efficiency agitation tank for agent addition and mixing, and then enteredthe combined XHF-4 and BSF-4 flotation units. The slurry underwent in 3 tanksfor one roughing, 2 tank for scavenging I and 2 tank for scavenging II. Thetailings flowed to tailing pond and the concentrate was processed in threetimes by SF-1.2 flotation machine: 2 tank for first beneficiation flotation, 1tank for second beneficiation flotation, and 1 tank for the third. After concentrating,the tailings were returned to the first separation, and the concentrate wasconsidered as gold concentrate.
Concentrate Dewatering Stage: Gold concentrate from flotation was dewatered by mechanical dewatering. The gold concentrate from flotation was pumped into high-efficiency improved thickener by pump, and the underflow was pumped into the 60m2 chamber filter press for filtration.The filter cake was stored in concentrate warehouse. After filtrate entering the filtrate tank for clarification, the filtrate and the overflow of thickener could be used as backwater to return back to system for reuse.
