The ore composition of this project was complex. Based on this, Xinhai carried out a series of mining processing tests for it. After comparing and analyzing a variety of mining processes, the ideal mining process was customized for the gold ore mining processing plant project.
Carbon-in-pulp(CIP) solutions were adopted to process raw gold ore. Raw ore was fed by loader to the raw ore bin under which feeder was installed. Ore was fed to the jaw crusher for crushing; the crushed products were transported by belt to the buffered ore bin, and then fed into the grinding system.
After grinding, the slurry pulp was concentrated before leaching. In the leaching operation, the gold-bearing carbon was gained through absorption of the leached gold by activated carbon and fed to the desorption electrolysis system. The gold slime was smelted to produce crude gold ingots. The final product was qualified crude gold ingots.
