From June 18th to 19th, the 2023 Third National Mining Purchasing and Supplier Conference and the China Mining Green, Low-Carbon and High-quality Development Forum were successfully held in Changsha. Xinhai Mining, as the co-organizer of the conference, showed up at the conference with "Turn-Key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O)". Li Zheng, deputy general manager of Xinhai Mining, delivered a keynote speech on "Experience Sharing of Lithium Mine EPC Technology", and shared with the guests present the construction experience of Sinomine Zimbabwe Bikita 2 million TPA lithium mine project!

01Xinhai Mining Zimbabwe 2 Million TPA Lithium Mine Project

In June 2022, Sinomine Resources Group Co., Ltd. acquired the Bikita Lithium Mine in Zimbabwe for 1.146 billion yuan. After gaining an in-depth understanding of Xinhai Mining's "Turn-Key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O)", the two parties reached a cooperation. Xinhai Mine provides customized whole industry chain services for this project, including ore research and solution design, complete equipment manufacturing and procurement, commissioning and delivery. The project only takes one year and is expected to be officially delivered in June this year!


02Innovative Lithium Ore Beneficiation Test

Xinhai Mining has set up Mineral Processing Research Institute, which has accumulated rich experience in lithium ore mineral processing, and can conduct targeted mineral processing tests based on lithium ore components, associated mineral types and characteristics, and adopt innovative thinking to Develop a test plan for ore samples. Xinhai Mining has a complete set of modern advanced equipment, which can carry out gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation separation, cyanide leaching and adsorption, bacterial oxidation, acid leaching and wet mineral processing, special mineral processing, heap leaching, tailings concentration and dry discharge and other beneficiation method tests, and provide a reasonable beneficiation process.


03Customized Lithium Mine Design

01Comprehensive on-site inspection

Xinhai Mining will conduct a comprehensive on-the-spot inspection of the project site, including raw ore for the dressing plant, plant site, water and electricity, transportation, geography, etc.

02Determine the feasibility plan

The 14 departments of the Mine Design Institute worked together to finalize the feasibility plan based on the data collection and feasibility study of each specialty, and wrote it as the "Feasibility Study Report".

03Make the construction drawing of the dressing plant

After passing the preliminary design review of some construction drawings, the Mine Design Institute began to make construction drawings according to the design plan. At the same time, it carried out "design disclosure" to the construction command personnel at the construction site, and handed over details such as precautions, strict specifications, and important content.


04Efficient Lithium Ore Beneficiation Equipment
