Centered on the theme “Intelligent Empowerment, Green Flotation – Advancing Towards a New Future of Mineral Processing,” the congress highlighted the efficient, green, and intelligent development of mineral resources in line with China’s “Dual Carbon” strategy.

01Customized Flotation Solutions Backed by Strong R&D
As mineral processing moves toward low-grade, fine-grained, and refractory ores, Xinhai draws on nearly 30 years of experience and its “Three Institutes and Five Centers” R&D platform, supported by over 700 senior technical experts, to deliver tailored flotation solutions for various ore types.

Xinhai operates three large-scale intelligent manufacturing bases with comprehensive production, quality control, and global logistics systems. It can supply over 1,000 types of mining and mineral processing equipment for plants with daily throughput up to 50,000 tonnes.
Its self-developed K130 and K100 large flotation cells have been successfully applied in major overseas projects. By adopting modular prefabricated design and bolted assembly, Xinhai significantly shortens on-site installation time, reduces labor intensity, accelerates commissioning, and improves long-term maintainability.
