In the vibrant heat of July 2025, Xinhai Mining embraced a dynamic wave of fresh talent—bright, ambitious, and ready to shape the future! Filled with dreams and enthusiasm, these new team members stepped onto the fertile ground of Xinhai, a land brimming with opportunities and challenges, embarking on a five-day immersive onboarding journey.

Over 50 new hires from 28 universities—including China University of Mining and Technology, Northeastern University, and Shandong University of Science and Technology—joined the program, spanning 20 diverse disciplines. With one-third holding master's degrees, this group reflects Xinhai's commitment to nurturing top-tier talent.
