Xinhai Mining: Multiple Projects Kick Off, Showcasing Strength in Installation Services​

September 2025 marks a busy construction season for Xinhai Mining, with multiple key mineral processing projects launching simultaneously. This highlights our strong capacity to undertake large-scale installation work. Beyond September, our project timeline demonstrates consistent progress: projects started in August are advancing steadily, more will begin in October-November, reflecting our sufficient project reserves and long-term strategic planning. This consistency lets the market recognize our substantial business scale and stable development momentum.

01Global Installation Projects in 2025

Projects Started Before May 2025

• Iran 1.2M t/a Copper Ore Processing Plant (Launched Aug 2021): Xinhai’s technical team arrived on-site for installation guidance in late 2024. Installation is expected to complete by the end of 2025.

• Ghana 500t/d Gold Tailings CIL Plant (Launched Oct 2024): Xinhai staff are currently on-site guiding installation. Completion is scheduled for late October 2025.

• Indonesia 360t/h Nickel Ore Cyanide Re-grinding System (Launched Mar 2025): On-site installation is in progress, with expected completion by the end of 2025.

Projects Started in June 2025

• Zimbabwe Masvingo 1000t/d Gold Processing Plant (Launched Apr 2024): Xinhai’s team began on-site installation guidance on June 24, 2025. Finish date is set for late October 2025.

Projects Started in August 2025

• China Xinjiang 1000t/d Antimony Ore Test & Processing Equipment (Launched May 2025): Installation started on August 7, 2025. Due to slow progress in civil engineering, completion is expected in 2026. Xinhai is actively coordinating to advance the project.

Projects Started in September 2025

• Tanzania 3000t/d Graphite Processing Plant & ML644 Tailings Pond (Launched Jun 2024): Xinhai’s team entered the site on September 3 to start installation.

• Mongolia 1000t/d Zinc Ore Flotation Plant (Launched Jun 2025): Led by Minister Zhang Xiangjun, the team started installation in mid-September. The 130-day construction period is planned.

• China Henan Polymetallic (Silver-Lead-Zinc-Gold) Flotation Plant (Launched Jun 2025): Civil work finished in late June. Installation of the slime treatment system for the 3000t/d No.2 Plant began in early September, with full completion expected by late November 2025. The project includes upgrading the 700t/d No.1 Plant’s concentrate dewatering workshop and intelligent waste rejection/water treatment for the No.2 Plant.

Upcoming Projects (Oct-Nov 2025)

• China Guizhou 1000t/d Lead-Zinc Ore Processing Plant (Launched Mar 2024): Outsourced installation will start in October 2025.

• Zimbabwe Reed 500t/d Gold Mining & Processing EPC (Launched Apr 2025): Installation is scheduled to begin in November 2025.
