1,200t/d mineral processing plant of Bulsowa in Tanzania was an EPC project contracted by Xinhai, Xinhai provided thickening, leaching, desorption and electrowinning equipment, including electric instrument, pipeline, technological structure, and other installation engineering.
This project adopted all-slime cyanidation technology. At the earlier stage of this project, Xinhai had drawn up complete and meticulous plan in project management, construction technique, resource supply, coordination work and others. During project construction, with overall planning and all-round consideration, Xinhai had effectively overcome the severe shortage of material supply, construction machineries and technical workers. Most equipment in this project was equipped with thin-wall cell body; however, by taking high-efficiency and reasonable measures, Xinhai had effectively solved the deformation problem of non-standard equipment that occurs during lifting and transportation process, and ensured construction quality. This project had been completed successfully.
