Myanmar 500tpd copper mine flotation plant project is an EPC + M + O project undertaken by Xinhai, which is solely undertaken by Xinhai from design and research, manufacturing and procurement of complete sets of equipment, commissioning and delivery to mine management and operation. Through the beneficiation test, the process of one-stage roughing, two-stage concentration and three-stage scavenging is determined.
Raw ores were fed into cabin by loader and then were fed into the jaw crusher by trough feeder for one stage crushing. After crushing, they were screened by belt conveyor to the double-layer circular vibrating screen, then the ore on screen was transported to cone crusher by belt, making fine crushing and those fine ores returned back for screening to form a closed circuit;
The ore under screen was transported to crushed ore bin by belt for storage. A belt conveyor was installed at the bottom of crushed ore bin, and through the belt conveyor, the material was fed to the lattice ball mill for grinding. Afterwards, the ball mill discharged ore into spiral classifier for classification and the returned sand was back to the ball mill for re-grinding, then the overflow part of classifier flowed to high-efficiency mixing tank. The slurry entered flotation machine for the one roughing + twice beneficiation + three times of scavenging so as to obtain the final qualified concentrate.
