Tanzania 25t/d Gold Gravity Separation Plant

Tanzania 25t/d gold gravity separation plant was an EPC+M+O project undertaken by Xinhai. Xinhai not only provided the gold gravity separation process but also the overall steel structure base and platform design.

Xinhai Solution

The raw ore was fed to the feeding area by forklift, and the ore was manually fed to the jaw crusher for crushing, then transported to the grid type ball mill by belt feeder

The discharge of the ball mill enters the high weir spiral classifier for classification, classifier underflow returns to the ball mill, while the overflow was pumped to the centrifugal concentrator through the hose pump;

The concentrate separated by the centrifuge entered the shaking table for secondary beneficiation, and the concentrate, middlings and tailings of the shaker flowed into the sedimentation tank respectively;

The centrifuge tailings entered the chute for scavenging, and the chute tailings entered the tailings sedimentation tank.

Main Equipment

Project Result

Entrusted by the Tanzanian customer, Xinhai carried out the construction drawing design of the 25t/d gold gravity processing plant. The equipment was arranged on the steel structure base and can be placed in the container. The process system adopted an all-steel structure, and the steel structures adopts bolt connection, which facilitates on-site installation and subsequent transportation.
