The ore of the project is mainly oxide ore. 80% of the ore is powdery clay ore, containing granular gold. The average ore grade is 1.0g/t, with very few impurities. Gold is the only recoverable element, and the ore is easy to select.

In 2018, the client of this project entrusted Xinhai Mining to provide “Turn-key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O)” for its 4000tpd gold ore processing plant. The project was designed at the beginning of 2018 and put into operation at the end of the year with a comprehensive gold recovery rate of about 90%. In 2019, the client of this project decided to expand the original 4000tpd gold processing plant, and expand the production capacity of the entire processing plant to 6000tpd on the original basis. Based on the successful production practice of the first phase, the client entrusted Xinhai Mining Equipment again to provide one-stop and customized Turn-key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O) for its 6000tpd gold processing plant project. Since the signing of the contract, it took only 8 months (including 2 months of transportation and customs clearance) for Xinhai Mining to realize the official commissioning of the gold ore project. The final comprehensive recovery rate reached 90%, and the economic benefits were considerable.
Since the 6,000tpd gold processing plant project in Guinea was successfully put into operation, this mining company of the project quickly started the construction of the 15000tpd gold ore project in 2019, and continued the chapter of cooperation with Xinhai Mining EPC for the third time. At present, the Guinea 15000tpd gold processing plant project has entered the final stage of installation and commissioning.

Heap leaching, desorption electrolysis.
Initially, the client of the project entrusted Xinhai Mining to carry out the design of the processing plant and gold smelting construction engineering design for it, involving processes, civil construction, electricity, water supply and drainage, heating and other aspects. Xinhai Mining Design Institute set up a special project team and handed over the complete plant design plan in only 3 months. The client was impressed by Xinhai Mining's technical strength and service attitude and then decided to start a more in-depth cooperation with Xinhai Mining.
The raw ore of the project contains organic carbon and inorganic carbon, and the graphite content is 2%. Gold in the ore of the project is the only recyclable element.
All-slime cyanidation carbon-in-pulp (CIL) process
With the increase of mining depth, the property of the project's ore has changed greatly. The original flotation process is no longer suitable for the recovery of valuable elements in the ore. Therefore, the client of the project decided to carry out technical transformation of the original processing process. Through many inspections and comparisons, Xinhai Mining has been recognized by the client in terms of production technology and management, especially Xinhai Mining's unique “Turn-key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O)” model has completely solved the client' s previous problems and decided to cooperate with Xinhai Mining immediately.
In the process of plant design, Xinhai Mining added new equipment and process appropriately on the basis of the original flotation plant, utilized the existing plant, equipment and foundation as much as possible. Through scientific and reasonable design of the plant design, the entire processing plant and the old and new equipment were ensured to operate smoothly, which not only achieves the expected recovery rate, but also saves the investment cost. The final gold mine recovery rate was 87%-95%. The client was very satisfied with the results of this transformation!
The average tailing concentration of the project is 28%. The tailing is fine, -200 mesh accounts for 65%, and the water content is 25~30%.
Hydrocyclone + dewatering screen + filter press dewatering process
The client of this project had contacted several companies at the beginning, and after repeated investigation and comparison, it was considered that Xinhai Mining's “Turn-key Solution for Mineral Processing Plant (EPC+M+O)” model had more competitive advantages. The concentration of the tailings after processed was 80%, the return water rate was 92%, and the water content of the tailings after treatment was less than 20%.
Gold is the only recoverable element in the ore of the project, with a grade of 2.6g/t.

Gold tailings for dewatering process of thickener + filter press
When designing, the tailings dry discharge workshop was closely connected with the original flotation workshop, and the topographical advantages of the industrial site were reasonably utilized for the process arrangement. In addition, for the property of the tailings of the project, Xinhai Mining adopted a new type of filter press for it, which greatly reduced the water content of the tailings.
The average grade of the raw ore of the project is more than 2g/t, which is a kind of gold ore of volcanic nature, difficult to grind and difficult to select.
Crushing-closed circuit grinding-flotation (one rough, three scavenging, four concentration)-concentrate dewatering process
The client of this project has tried to renovate the project twice, but the effect is not satisfactory. After that, the person in charge of the project found Xinhai Mining and entrusted Xinhai Mining Research Institute to conduct the processing test for him. Xinhai Mining Research Institute is unique in gold ore processing, and has valuable experience especially in the ore processing test research which is difficult to select. Through repeated tests, it was finally decided to adopt the crushing-closed circuit grinding-flotation (one rough, three scavenging, four concentration) - concentrate dewatering process. In addition, Xinhai Mining Design Institute redesigned the plant design and layout for the original processing plant, taking into account both aesthetics and efficiency, which became a typical local benchmark of modern processing plant in Henan.
The main metal minerals of the ore in the project are chalcopyrite, pyrite, etc., and gangue minerals include quartz, calcite, and mica minerals. The copper grade of the raw ore is 3.74%, the sulfur grade is 10.73%, and the iron grade is 13.71%.
One-stage crushing and screening-grinding classification-flotation (one roughing, two concentration, three scavenging) process.
This project is a complete set of equipment production line undertaken by Xinhai Mining with a processing capacity of 500tpd. According to the detailed equipment process parameters and drawings provided by the client, Xinhai Mining has customized various equipment and auxiliary materials in the process of crushing and screening-grinding and grading-reagent preparation-floating separation-concentrate dewatering, and improved the equipment according to the design and process requirements.
This project is a transformation project undertaken by Xinhai Mining. Xinhai Mining has customized a complete set of equipment in the gold flotation production line for this project, mainly including ball mills, flotation cells, thickeners, agitation tanks and other equipment and accessories. According to the original condition of the plant, the equipment is improved to make it conform to the process flow and plant foundation.
This project is a transformation project undertaken by Xinhai Mining. According to the process parameters and drawings provided by the client, Xinhai Mining Equipment customized the main and auxiliary equipment in the grinding and flotation process for this project.
