​Xinhai Mining Shines at the 27th International Manganese Industry Development Forum

From August 19th to 20th, the 27th International Manganese Industry Development Forum was officially held in Kunming, Yunnan. With the theme of "Manganese Gathers in the Spring City, Creating a Win-Win New Chapter", the forum aimed to further strengthen communication and cooperation among upstream and downstream enterprises in the manganese industry, and jointly discuss the development trends of the industry.

Xinhai Mining rolled out its Mine EPCM+O service, flaunting a full-package approach that spans the whole mining lifecycle—think metallurgic tests, mine design, building mining infrastructure, mineral processing EPC, tailings storage facility engineering, and contract mining & operation.

01Metallurgic Test

The Mining Research Institute of Xinhai Mining Equipment has a CNAS internationally certified laboratory, test room, and pilot-scale test center. It can provide full-process test services from exploratory lab-scale tests to semi-industrial pilot-scale tests. 

The services cover nearly 70 kinds of ores such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, lithium, quartz, graphite, iron, chromium, titanium, and zirconium, meeting the personalized needs of different ore types.

02Detailed Engineering Design

Xinhai’s Mine Design Institute holds a Class-B qualification in the metallurgy sector, with a professional team covering geology, mining, mineral processing, smelting, machinery, civil engineering, and electrical engineering. Services include:

★ Mining design: feasibility study reports, mining schemes, preliminary design, and construction drawings.

★ Mineral processing plant design: compliant with Chinese industry standards, JORC, Valmin, and NI 43-101, offering conventional, mobile, modular, and steel-structure 3D plant designs.

★ Tailings storage facility design: covering site selection, planning, structural engineering, environmental and safety design, and construction budgeting to deliver safe, eco-friendly, and efficient solutions.

03Mining Infrastructure Construction & Contract Operation

With a Class-A qualification in mining engineering, Xinhai provides comprehensive services across the entire mining cycle, from infrastructure construction to contract operation. 

Its technical team has more than 20 years of experience and can undertake shaft sinking, tunnel excavation, ramp development, as well as the installation of electrical, water supply, ventilation, dust removal, transport, communications, and six underground safety systems.

04Processing Plant EPC

Xinhai delivers tailor-made mineral processing plant solutions, covering metallurgical test design, equipment manufacturing, civil works, installation, and commissioning. 

Its intelligent manufacturing base, covering 110,000 m², supports large-scale production of over 1,000 types of mining equipment, including φ7m ball mills, 200m³ flotation cells, φ16m×16m leaching tanks, and φ100m thickeners, meeting the needs of processing plants up to 50,000 t/d. 

Backed by its Class-A qualification and rich international experience, Xinhai is capable of executing all types of mining civil projects such as earthworks, concrete works, masonry, and auxiliary facilities.

05Tailings Storage Facility Engineering Services
