ACAPULCO, MEXICO, November 19–22, 2025 – Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. (Xinhai) showcased its comprehensive “Mine Full-Industry-Chain Service (EPCM+O)” at the 36th International Convention of Mining 2025, a flagship event hosted by the Mexican Mining Chamber (CAMIMEX). ▶Metallurgic Test

Xinhai’s Mining Research Institute operates CNAS-certified laboratories and pilot-test centers, providing full-process services from lab-scale test to pilot-scale test. The institute is capable of conducting metallurgical testing for more than 70 types of ores, including gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, lithium, quartz, graphite, iron, chromium, titanium, and zircon, meeting diverse test requirements for different minerals.

Detailed Engineering Design

Xinhai’s Mine Design Institute holds a Class-B qualification in the metallurgy industry. The design team covers geology, mining, mineral processing, smelting, mechanics, civil engineering, and electrical engineering, and can provide mining design, mineral processing plant design, and tailings storage facility design.

Mining Design

Services include feasibility study reports, mining schemes, preliminary design, and construction drawing design.

Mineral Processing Plant Design

Xinhai can design conventional processing plants, mobile plants, modular plants, and steel-structure plants in accordance with Chinese standards, the Australian JORC Standard, the Valmin Code, and NI 43-101.

Tailings Storage Facility Design

Services include site selection and planning, structural design, environmental and safety design, and construction & budget design—ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and environmentally friendly tailings storage facility systems.

▶Mining Infrastructure Construction & Contract Operation

With a Class-A general contracting qualification for mining engineering construction, Xinhai provides full-cycle services covering mine infrastructure and mining engineering contracting service.

The mining design and construction team has more than 20 years of experience and is capable of shaft, incline, tunnel, and ramp development, as well as electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, HVAC, dust removal, transportation & communication systems, and the six major underground safety systems.
Each project is staffed with qualified project managers, mine managers, and professional technical personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.

▶Processing Plant EPC

Xinhai offers tailored technical solutions for mineral processing plants, covering metallurgic test, design, equipment manufacturing & procurement, civil construction, installation, and commissioning.

The Xinhai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park covers approximately 110,000 m² and supports large-scale production, including 7 m ball mills, 200 m³ flotation cells, 16 m × 16 m leaching tanks, 100 m thickeners, and more than 1,000 types of core and auxiliary equipment for plants up to 50,000 t/d.

With its Class-A construction qualification and extensive domestic and international experience, Xinhai undertakes earthwork, concrete works, masonry works, and various supporting engineering projects.

Xinhai holds the Class-A Qualification for General Contracting of Mining Engineering. Backed by in-house teams specializing in design, civil construction, and hydrotechnical engineering, the company is fully equipped to deliver large-scale tailings storage facility (TSF) projects and associated infrastructure. Xinhai provides an integrated service package encompassing preliminary investigation, engineering design, turnkey construction, intelligent monitoring, and operational maintenance.
