2.Modular Solutions for International Mine Construction
On September 11, Manager Chaoyang Wang spoke at the Mining Rights Trading Promotion Session. His presentation was titled “Sharing Modular Solutions for International Mining Engineering.”
Overseas mine construction often faces challenges such as unstable supply chains, climate constraints, high safety risks, and cost overruns.

Xinhai proposed a new model based on:
Standardized Design + Factory Manufacturing + Modular Assembly
Xinhai replaces traditional on-site construction with a combination of smart manufacturing and modular assembly. This approach allows civil construction and manufacturing to take place at the same time.
The model can shorten the on-site construction period and reduce safety risks. It also provides overseas mining projects with a replicable “China solution.”
3.Paste Thickening Technology for Green Mine Development
On September 10, Manager Wei Shao spoke at the New Technologies, New Processes and New Equipment Forum. His presentation was titled “Enabling Green Mining: Xinhai Paste Thickener Innovation and Application Value.”
Xinhai uses deep-cone paste thickeners and high-density paste thickeners to address safety and environmental challenges in tailings storage.

The equipment can be used for tailings paste backfilling or stacking. The technology can significantly reduce the risk of tailings dam failures. It can also allow overflow water to be reused and reduce the land required for tailings storage.
Xinhai’s paste thickening laboratory provides test data to support equipment selection. Xinhai has successfully applied the technology in projects in Hainan, Shandong, Uzbekistan, Jiangxi, and other locations.
The technology supports the development of green mines.
