Concentrate dehydration workshop 2-phase dehydration process of concentration and filtration.
Phase I adopts updated high-efficiency thickener for preliminary dehydration. Flotation concentration is transported to thickener. Owing to gravity sedimentation thickener for preliminary dehydration and the clarified water is at the upper part. The sludge at bottom is continuously scrapped to center and the clarified water is at the upper part.
Phase II adopts ceramic filter. Filter cakes are transported to concentrate pond for stacking and the water content of final concentrate is lower than 20%.
