  Mineral Crushing and Screening: raw ore is sent to the jaw crusher through the feeder, and then it is crushed in the cone crusher for coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing. The under-screen products are sent to the grinding and classifying workshop by belt conveyor for processing.

  Grinding and Classifying Process:  it adopts "one-stage grinding and one-stage classification" process, and the products under the sieve enter the wet grid ball mill for grinding, and then enter the hydrocyclone for classification.

  Magnetic Separation and Desliming Process: the  "one-stage magnetic separation and two-stage desliming" is adopted, and a drum magnetic separator is used for magnetic separation. The magnetic separation products enter the two-stage desliming cyclone for desliming, and the bottom flow of the cyclone flows to the flotation system.

  Flotation Separation Process: it adopts the process of "one-stage reverse flotation to remove impurities, positive flotation to one-stage roughing, three-stage flotation to scavenging, and three-stage flotation to concentration"

  Concentration Dehydration + Tailings Treatment: two-stage dehydration process is adopted, the flotation concentrate is pumped to the hydraulic center transmission high-efficiency thickener for concentration and dehydration, and the underflow of the thickener is pumped to the dehydration workshop for dehydration through the chamber filter press The final concentrate is transferred to the concentrate yard by the belt conveyor for storage. The tailings produced by each process are pumped to the hydraulic central transmission high-efficiency thickener for thickening and dehydration. The overflow water of the thickener flows into the return pool for recycling, and the bottom flow is sent to the tailings pond for storage.
